Need to post my War Otto blowup on front yard but file too big! How to make it smaller?

Do a screen capture and crop it a little. That usually works. If not, email it to me.

If you don't have photo software that will compress pictures, there are a lot online. Here's one, for example:

Here's another picture size observation.
The thumbnail picture option seems to default to large size now. Has this been discussed?

If you click on the picture before saving, you can edit the size by going to one of the corners and dragging.
