However, by accountable I was referring to either changing the recruiting strategy or getting a new volunteer assistant who specializes on faceoffs.  Its beyond frustrating watching SU constantly lose the battle at the X and beyond embarassing to watch a kid from Nova win 22 of 24 and to watch a kid from a program that wasnt even a Div 1 school 5 years ago (Bryant) absolutely dominate us.
