Just in case anyone remotely cares, Rick Pitino's horse Russdiculous ran in the 8th race a Golden Gate Fields.

Just like his owner he was number one...had the post position.
He was a 4-5 favorite.
He led most of the way.
He finished 3rd.
Apparently he couldn't close, either...overtaken down the stretch.

I actually would root for Rick's horses and not make fun of them. I think its awesome that he names horses after his players and is a great honor to those players. I hope one day he names one Louie's Orr.
