Sounds like their QBs played well though.

This part stuck out to me

Voytik finished 27 of 33 for 358 yards and three touchdowns. In limited action, Savage connected on 6 of 11 for 80 yards.

Apperently they had 2 safeties out injured but what is anyone else in the secondary doing out there? QB's a combined 33/44 438 3 TD's... wow.

It's the same reason I don't get too excited during our spring game. They're playing against themselves; and if the defense stinks...

4 defensive starters didn't play. Savage was only in for a few series.

usually defenses are very vanilla. not many blitzes, and can't hit the qb's. these are usually very offensive friendly.

Voytik was a highly rated prospect

Despite those facts, our offense has not inspired much confidence in spring games of late . Thank goodness for hacketts last min change last year
