Pitt Tailgate

I am planning on attending the Pitt game. I know a number of others from the board are also coming. Hoping we can put a small scale tailgate together somewhere close to the stadium.

Is there anyone in the know about where we can tailgate, what options we have, etc? I can bring a grill but since I am going to Pitt from NYC (to attend the SU games at MSG), I don't think I can bring perishable food with me.

I won't be there, but I know that the SU Marching Band is going. With their parents and alumni in that region, you might have a pretty good turnout.

The Pittsburgh alumni club will be meeting in Gold Lot 1, across the street from Jerome Bettis restaurant. The marching band, as well as, the cheerleaders will be stopping by. There will be a tent with a block S on it as well as a banner. A staff member from the Office of Alumni Engagement will be on hand with some SU Swag.
