OL slants right, the RT pulls and kicks out the left DE, s/b a huge hole for the RB to run through. So you have a DB unblocked and a handoff that takes FAR too long to execute. You should be able to leave the R-DB unblocked if it happens faster, thats a pretty common play. Then add in McGloster who didn't get on #29 fast enough.
