Playing Defense with your hands, who does it more than OSU?

Does any team play more defense with their hands this year than OSU? I am watching the game and its not just Crap they all put the hand on the hip of the arm of the guy with the ball constantly. I thought that was a foul this year and considered impeding? It certainly gives you an advantage figuring out which way they are going.
