Re Lakers’ suckiness

Option C- happy if Melo can go on a run to nearly pass Shaq and add to total playoff points scored. Lakers suck too much to win a title anyways.

Both AD and Westbrook are far less valuable than what they are paid and how the league looks at them

If the Lakers lost in the semi's or finals I would be disappointed for Melo because he got so close.

But they are not even close to a decent team or a contender. So the Lakers failures trump the Melo card.

Despite what has happened with the Lakers this season, Melo has played well. It's actually one of the great seasons for a player his age in NBA history, but it's overshadowed by the otherworldly numbers fellow old guy LeBron is putting up.
