The same 20 teams remain in the Inside Lacrosse Men's Division I Media Poll for Week 4, with slight changes throughout.
In the Top 10, Loyola shifts out, and Denver bumps up one spot to No. 10. Duke (6-0) remains atop the poll in a tight group of premier teams, followed by North Carolina and Maryland. Rutgers and Georgetown flipped to complete the top five.
Risers in the poll include Lehigh (No. 11 from 13), Penn State (No. 12 from 15), UAlbany (No. 14 from 18) and Hofstra (No. 18 from 20).
