Week 10 brought on some major shifts inside the top rankings, as North Carolina and Stony Brook both moved down after suffering losses.

No. 1 Syracuse topped the Tar Heels in Chapel Hill, 14-12, on Saturday while Stony Brook was upset midweek by Rutgers. Northwestern, Denver and James Madison round out the top four once again, all earning wins this week.


Penn State jumped four spots to No. 14 after upsetting Maryland on Thursday, while Johns Hopkins bumped up three with its win over Michigan.
