Quite an adjustment and transition to become empty nested and retired all within a year especially for a workaholic who loved what he was doing and is a homebody, family centric person. They will adjust but it will take time. You have to figure he foresaw this coming and why coaching his sons meant so much to him before they left home as adults and when he’d retire.
