Love how consistent he has been with his attitude and personality even through these tough times for him. We all know this has been a rough year on him and the guys winning wise, but Dino's consistent attitude will be rewarded. A lot of coaches turn to when they start to lose whether it be to the media or towards the team. Maintaining your morales and values while losing WILL be rewarded. Players will trust him and be that much more passionate while playing for him. At this point of the season we all just want to see growth (which is hard to do with our talent and injuries). We have the guy who has laid a solid foundation and culture. He is clearly going to stick to it which is what this program needs. WE JUST NEED SOME DANG PLAYERS!!!
