Syracuse, N.Y. — ESPN rolled out new recruiting rankings last week, and while the Orange remained ranked No. 4 in the country, three of Syracuse's four signed recruits slipped in the update.

Most notable among the drops was guard Frank Howard, who is recovering from ACL surgery. ESPN recruiting analyst Paul Biancardi said Howard still hasn't found his pre-injury form, causing a 17-spot drop from No. 74 in to No. 91 last week...
