Not an NCAA team this year. In fact this is one of the worst teams in the ACC ... in a down year for the conference. We have become irrelevant in hoops. The construction of this team is poor. And it has been the same story for too many years.

Backcourt of Girard and Boeheim is just not athletic enough to play, in several ways.

That back-breaker where they switched the call, Girard "had" a steal but awkwardly tipped it to Buddy instead of catching it, and Buddy got out-athleted for the ball and they nail a 3 kinda said it all.

Need to scrap the zone, get athletes and stop giving up 1) easy open free shots outside and 2) every rebound

- Griffin dribbles AGAIN into a defender for a TO
- Buddy attempts (?) to foul or make a steal and completely misses the up man on the break
- Girard passes up a wide open 3, to then pass directly to the defender
- Marek takes a foul because...???

I laughed and cried at the end when this happened.

AG is such an odd character - his handle doesn't seem JCarey level bad (like a straight line only type dribbler), but when he mixes it up in the lane, that seems to be the end result far too often.

Buddy's defense made me laugh, and laugh, and laugh......and then JG made me cry.
