Yes, they are hoping to have Freeman, JJ, and Petar back and otherwise a new team. Will be up to the GM to get Autry some players.

'Tis the season, with seasons rapidly ending for many teams over the next couple of weeks. Doesn't make sense to delay.

This is really the only thread that matters for hoops for awhile. I like to take a gander at Kiyan and Sadiqs stuff but we know what we're getting there or maybe best to say it is what it is.

Personally I'm not even going to look at the metrics unless it's in a P5 conference. I want to see dimensions. Height, Weight, Length and what have you done lately in P5 play.

Right now there's alot of ACC teams with vacant coaching positions and we should have a leg up on them at least short term. We should be after players now if we have any connection at all. And if we want someone and don't have a connection then Carmelo needs to make a call.

Yeah, I'd think the likelihood of at least one freshman starting is very high, and probably goes in order of White, Fennel, Anthony, Womack.

Now this is a great post. So the old man was on Cuse Sports talk radio yesterday. Mostly just the usual stuff from him but I listened closely when he talked about JJ.

I didn't think his commentary about JJ was his usual about our guards and how he is a piece we can't live without. Was pretty critical of his shots not falling and his selection. One thing about the old dudes is that they don't really think before they talk and I didn't get the impression from JB that he thought JJ was going to be built around next year.

that injury probably isnt all the way healed...gotta be brutal trying to compete at this level when you arent 100%

and the team literally cannot function without him so its not like he would sit out to protect his rep like donnie did

When Moore shot well he was still taken out of games early. He's a freshman. The amount of freshman that struggle in year one is quite high. He didn't get the same benefit of doubt as others.

i like moore...had some exciting moments

but his lack of playin time was all about defense...he REALLY struggled on that end

(sometimes I think most of the people on this board only look at offense to assess players - I guess thts how we end with a roster ike this years...with such poor defense)
