Huh? Only test symptomatic people? That would be the height of idiocy. They need to be testing everyone on a regular basis.

I agree. I'm just saying that it wouldn't surprise me if they only test symptomatic people so they can keep their head as far in sand as possible. If 100% testing isn't required and they're not doing contact tracing, who would they know to test?
