Praise for Ryan Nassib

Poised, sublime performance against a quality team in a pressure situation.

This was the progression game from the bowl performance against K State.

Really admire what Ryan was able to do tonight and give him full, unreserved credit.

So many others deserve praise: the O-line, Provo, Graham, Lemon, Chan Jones & others on D, including Diabate -- love the way he throws his body around.

And the coaching staff simply dominated -- great game plan by Shafer, smart play calling by Hackett, and of course props to the CEO.

Oh, and to WVAD Oliver:

We can only hope that he becomes an average QB because right now he wouldn't start on a D2 team

Ryan managed the game like a wizard...his magic and sense of happening was amazing...not sure I have seen a better managed game by a quarterback...not one mistake...and so many great throws on 3 rd down...this is a game to remember!

Nassib is just a very smart player and doesn't make a lot of mistakes. Sure, his throws can sometimes sail on him, but over all, he's just a very smart football player. And poise is right, just stays calm and plays within himself.
