Wow...that's surprising. Not surprising to see it move early. That said, Vegas is Vegas...they have this thing nailed. Like that they had it at -13 at the open.

USC has won by 2 and 3 (*according to the sportsbooks, won by 3 - although the scoreboard might tell you differently) to 2 teams who are on equal terms or worse than cuse in talent, coaching, prestige, etc...

Not predicting anything here, but anyone that says -15 is out of the ordinary is out of their minds.

You were close. But it's moving the other way. It's up to 16.5 at a few books.

I was going to say that 14 was about right. This line should move quite a bit as alot of people will hammer USC -16.5, then people will reverse and start taking Cuse. I would bet that SU will be +15 when the line closes.

If you want to be a gambler, take Cuse straight up on the moneyline.
