West Ham is having a good window, having signed Marko Arnautovic from Stoke to bolster their attack, and just signed Chicarito.  They are also circling Jack Wilshire of Arsenal, who spent last season on loan.  It's tougher competition but certainly much more interesting viewing when the mid-table clubs are able to sign quality players.
