probably the worst offensive pass interference call

agreed, stopped his route well short of the defensive back. Didn't even come close to touching him and he sat his route down perfectly.

How can there be interference without contact.

well they missed several defensive ones last week on FSU that got coach SS all riled up. watching the replay last night there were some big points in the game including the first drive that FSU got away with PI that were game changers.

reminded me, our HS team kid got called for a blow to the head today on a tackle where the RB lowered his head and took on the D. never seen a blow to the head called on the D when the O guy created the contact..

I agree with you, but, the kick catch interference call that they called on Wake was terrible, as well. So, it all evens out.

It's either a terrible call or a terrible rule. If that's technically the correct call then there are countless plays each week where the refs flags get stuck so they just move on.

Yes, that kick catch interference was also brutal. Obviously liked the outcome of it but I don't think there should be that type of rule unless the player calls for a fair catch. That was just a terrible decision by gulley not to call for the fair catch.

Judging by his gesticulations he was mad at himself because he should not have called for a fair catch on the previous punt, he was going to run that one out no matter what.
