I have to admit I could see Florida having Monroe's name on their hot board I pray they find some other candidates below the Mason Dixon line.
 
Monroe's strength is recruiting, the gators don't lack in that department, I would be shocked if they had any interest in him
 
How many years of losing football can a coach take? Can't blame NM if he moves on but hope not.

God now I am going to be hitting this thread just like signing day to see if we keep or lose Swag Daddy. To me this is what makes the offseason fun though. Players leave, new players join. Coaches leave, new blood comes in.

Would not be fun to lose the Swaggy one. I'd say he and Tony White are the 2 assistants we can't afford to lose. If we lose him, I'm blaming Frozen for throwing his name out there.

Doesn't matter, you can't do much worse than a 1 win season. We'll still be better next year somehow, can't look much worse. With or without swag daddy.

As I tell people at work when they are fretting over a person leaving. Everyone is replaceable. Might stink in the short term but if you hire right, you’ll be better in long haul.


Thank you. Assistants come and go, always have always will. I don't blame them one bit, just part of the business. I don't worry about this guy or that guy, this guy is good this one isn't. It's not worth it

We say the same thing. Although we make it a little more morbid, it's the anyone can get hit by a bus theory, so you need to always be prepared.
