I think the one thing that doesn't get referenced enough around here, is that this staff has done a hell of a job developing Ryan Nassib. There is a great range of opinions around here regarding Ryan's value, the offensive philosophies, and the individual playcalling, but all that aside, the staff should be given more credit for the distance that Ryan has come from year to year... especially given the ridiculous stretch we had to endure since McNabb. We have heard about changing the culture so much that we have the cliche spilling out of our ears, but part of the original culture breakdown was due to the fact that we just could not develop our young QBs. I feel that overall, those days are behind us. And it is part of the reason I think last night's success is so sustainable.
