Class of 2020 QB Evan Simon-Rutgers Commit W/Orange Offer

Of the Rutgers commits, I think that this 6-2 QB from Manheim, PA, is probably the one who could most realistically end up here. He says that he committed to Rutgers b/c it was the only 'committable' P-5 offer he had. That may now have changed as SU is further along in considering their QB options. He was listed with an offer on 24-7. But, you're right. He hasn't displayed any interest in SU and, as he pointed out, some offers are more committable than others.
