Interesting, my kids High Schools are in the same league as Indian Land. I'll have a better reason to attend those games this fall. Indian Land is a pretty good program as a whole and they have to play Northwestern, which routinely puts players into the NFL, every year.
My son’s team has played his team the last two years here in SC. Strong arm, but not very mobile. We strip sacked him twice for touchdowns this past season. Takes a deep drop out of the gun and lets it rip. Had some good athletes around him making plays. His top WR signed with South Carolina. Was also only a sophomore this past season, so he’s still a young kid. Will be interesting to see how he develops over the next two years.
His team opens the season in the Carolina Panthers stadium against Northwestern of Rock Hill, a defending state champ. Northwestern destroyed his team twice last year.
