I'm more surprised he committed to FAU than I am about him flipping to his dad's school. I wonder if he just wanted to stay in Florida initially but wasn't interested in FSU given they're current status and pops said no to rivals U of or Miami.

Was he high enough though? 26th ranked QB on 247 and a 3 star on rivals. Are there that many freshman QBs getting significant NIL deals? I don’t follow that, but it would be surprising to me if NIL offers trickled down that far.

I didn't realize he was that low. I thought he was a 4 star.
