Smart of him to commit to UConn. Edsall was a QB back in the day. Kid most likely wasn't going to beat out DeVito. If he does well he will get visibility on TV. Quite a few games down South for his family to drive too.

yeah, no way a QB from Georgia comes up North and picks U Conn over SU if he has a choice between the two. at least not in 99% of the cases.

It wasn't meant as a slight. You get to know these kids a little, like them, and root for them. It is a great accomplishment to get a full ride to a good school. I am genuinely happy for Steve.

uconn has a passing game. but they threw for 300 in a game they lost by 40, just over 400 in 2 other losses and then under 300 in the first 2 games. They are moving the ball this year with big plays. we do it with volume.
