Question on alleged victim #2 (the step-brother)

When alleged victim #1 went to ESPN in 2003, why didn't the step-brother go along to verify the accusations?

When alleged victim #1 gave SU and SPD a list of people who would back him up, was his step-brother on the list?

I've been wondering this same thing. Lang is 45 now, so he would have been 37 when these allegations were first brought out and investigated. Why wouldn't a man that age come forward to support a family member's claims?
