I realize that Riley may not be the right player as punt returner however, does the fact that the coaches never set up for a return matter? Looking back at all the punts, the players at the line NEVER hold a block and seem to be chasing down the opposition ready to pounce on Riley. I mean Riley always has 4-5 guys right on him. I would call a fair catch all the time also because he has no chance for a return. It was interesting watching NFL games yesterday. If a return was going to get great field position most teams played for a return and the down linemen held the blocks as long as possible.
