Question - who was this past recruit?

I was talking to a buddy at work, and we were talking about PGs and we were trying to remember the name of that white combo guard out of New Hampshire, I think it was, who SU recruited but did not get. I think he originally went to BC. Then the kid had a well publicized drug problem, and wound up at UNLV, I think it was in the late 90s/early 2000s. He was a punk kind of player, but very talented. Anybody remember the name for me?
