Apologies if this has been asked already.

If a player tests positive - is he out for the rest of the tourney or only until he can come up with a negative test?

I think it gets 2 negative tests and has no symptoms he can come back?

If a player actually tests positive then he is out for a minimum of 10 days and then would need to be asymptomatic for another 24 hours...And then would still need to be cleared by medical protocols with EKG, Echo, etc even if minimally or asymptomatic...so would more than likely miss the entire tournament.

Repeat testing is NOT indicated in patients that have already tested positive. PCR test can remain positive for several weeks (even months) but not reflect infectious virus.

As for exposures to a known positive...lf it is a close exposure for 15 cummulative minutes within 6 ft then you are dealing with a quarantine which can end after 7 days with a negative test at that time...Much of this is mitigated by the chips and they are wearing in their jerseys that quantifies the actual exposure time.
