The crowd was great today - more showed up than I expected and those who were there were loud. The Dome is the best place to see a college game when Orange fans are into the game.

Finally, some mis-direction on the offensive side. Finally, some solid slant throws and YAC - it's fun to watch Broyld running in the open field. And the option series and QB draws. Have to give GM credit for making some real changes this week.

T. Hunt still has the touch of a blacksmith when throwing long but he was a real field general out there today, and despite missing a bunch open guys on deep routes threw pretty accurately on the short stuff. I keep flipping on whether he's the answer - if he could just develop some touch.

Obviously very happy for Norton.

Marquez Hodge played real tough and Riley Dixon has really become quite a punter.

Funderburke with a great catch - really glad to see him contributing.

Hard to watch Chase Rettig run away from our DL and LBs - and really hard to watch us give up the TD at the end of the half - awful.

The Orange came out smoking and never gave up. That is what makes going to SU games at the Dome so much fun.

Well, for most of the deep balls he did get lit up right after he threw. At this point I would say his deep ball is better than nassibs. I know most here think either Kimble, Wilson, or one of the true freshman will be starting next year. I doubt this. He made some heady plays (PI throw, fake spike) and had some nice throws including back shoulder balls. I've brought this up a few times but he is a redshirt sophomore QB from NYC who probably has played as much football at a high level as a true freshman from Florida or Texas. I would still expect a lot of off season improvement from him.
