  • Jesse has looked soft to this point...and I'm a big Jesse fan
  • Hima looks to be at least serviceable and has already moved of Carey
  • Carey showed a little bit more this game
  • Think Torrence is going to be more important to this year's team than people thought
  • Taylor is solid.
  • Think either he or Symir should start over Bell and let Bell or Copeland be the 6th man depending on how they look and what we need in a given game
  • JB was not pleased with Bell. If I were him, I'd switch my name back to Bunch just to get a fresh start
  • 2nd half looked ugly. Think we look best w/ Torrence at the point.
  • Girard looks okay. Will need Mintz to set him up
  • Mintz looks like a 2G playing the point to this point. Clearly has some ability
  • Really like Brown. All around player and better on offense than I thought

Great line on bell/bunch.

I think Brown eats into Benny's minutes. Smooth game and seems to have a feel on how to play.

Yeah, Brown strikes me with that "Frosh CJ Fair" vibe -
just fundamentally sound, good D, nose for the ball, manages to be 'in the right place at the right time' quite a bit.

And like with CJ, I think Maliq's play will force JAB to play him.

Freshman Fair would be a 40 minute go to guy on this roster.

I was rewatching Brown highlight film a week or two ago and thought his hands were excellent and he could have a soft touch around the rim. Last night he showcased he has that potential. If he can be efficient on low volume on offense, he'll get minutes. His defense, rebounding, toughness is needed.
