That sucks to deal with that kind of injury. I know first-hand myself as I battled a similar injury in HS where it was good when you got moving but extremely painful when the muscle was cold.
It should help his shooting for sure I would think at least . No matter whether it felt better during games or not, your body will compensate and obviously a weaker stance isn't helping your jump shot.

Yep hopefullly being healthy will help his shot and make him a bit more explosive this year but he definitely has some talent.

I was surprised last year that he wasn’t as explosive as he was talked about in HS. His videos showed him being very athletic. He relied on his strength last season. I hope we see the real Quincy this year.

That poor kid. Steely nerves to play the ENTIRE SEASON hurt. I sure hope he can get back into ship shape for this upcoming season which may be really really weird.
