Rak at PF...

I wonder if we will see more of him as the year goes on at PF.

He moved to center without fab and has been solid there(especially against St Johns).

But we could really use him at PF next to Fab some games.
James and Fair have both had rough times. Of our 9 man rotation james, Fair Keita and a lesser extent Dion are the odd men out with rough games at times offensively.

We could really use Rak at PF more. Especially for his toughness. And thats saying alot becuase Fair had 9 boards today.

James had a 0 stat game and just looked a step behind the last few games. He needs to get back to watching the larry bird tapes or something.

If KJO/Fair ever get in foul trouble we could have a rough time without Rak playing some extended minutes at the 4.

fab's suspension was a blessing in disguise becuz we were able to get rakim ready for those crucial 3 minutes.

I'm not saying it's gonna happen. But we've been getting killed on the boards lately, what will happen if we go against UK or UNC? I don't see wanna see CJ Fair try to box out John Hneson or Kidd-Gilchrist. XMas needs a little more PT.

That's true. Rak rotated over and tried to help due to Kris.

Rak got beat on a back door cut 2 minutes into the game and JB exploded at him off the bench. I knew he was done for the night. JB isn't going to suffer mistakes from a freshman in a game of this magnitude.

I hear ya man... but we know what we are in for. We are going to be sitting in a tight Sweet 16 game in 6 weeks, sweating all the offensive boards we are giving up. We are going to need to shoot the lights out to overcome all the 2nd chances we give up against teams worth their salt on a neutral court.
