Yes, but it was very cordial. It was a long time ago, but I think JB informed Senior that he wasn't likely to play much, and they mutually decided to part ways.

I was thinking Ramel Jr could come in like Zephir and play his role from last year. An experienced big guard who could play emergency minutes and bring experience and toughness to the practice runs.

He gets a free grad degree and a modest NIL package that is actually a lot of money in the real world, but nothing compared to the front of the rotation.
