Ran into some LSU fans outside the NYSE today

I am willing to bet it needed to be explained to some...lol. We have a lot of fans going into NYC, catching a Yankees/Mets game, then hitting Cooperstown on the way into Syracuse

Actually, as it has been noted on these boards, this is a great time of year to come to upstate NY. I said it before, anyone who has never been to Cooperstown needs to get there at least once in their life. However there is way too much to do in one weekend. Finger Lakes, Adirondacks, Niagara Falls. Fall golfing, apple orchards, etc. Hope all the LSU fans get a great opportunity to enjoy their sojourn north.

When i saw them, I was like yeah, theyre in town for Metlife game, then i remembered, wait this game is at the dome. Thats quite a drive they have tomorrow.

I hope for their sake they hit Ommegang Brewery. The leaves have started turning really quickly in that area and today was beautiful out, tomorrow is supposed to be the same. Perfect example of upstate fall right now; the weather, the smell, love it.

Agreed. Ommegang is great. My brother's bachelor weekend, we rented a house on a little pond in Cooperstown and there just happened to be a blues festival at Ommegang (my brother is a huge blues fan; it was a completely coincidental, happy accident). That turned out to be a very drunken day. Well, a drunken weekend but that day in particular was ridiculous.

on a similar note, I ran into an LSU foursome across the street from MSG. while they were not attractive types (maybe one was a Baton Rouge 8) I chitted with them on the street for a few mins about the Pope being an Orange fan, just like that big hitter, the Lama.

all in all, very nice folks who only added to my rising like of Tiger fans.
