Strickland should be on the field most plays as a receiver. He's too talented to be a backup X back.

All our running backs return next year. We're fine there for the time being.

Move Lewis to slot receiver.

Moe Neal is your backup X back next year.

There's also Perkins.

We don't have a slot receiver - and if we want to call a position the slot, XB is it.

Please move McFarlane to safety. I don't see the drawback.
I agree. He seems to be a half-step slower getting to the line than JF or GM. Move him to safety and slot Strickland into the #3 RB spot.

Agree with every bit of this. Lewis is absolutely a slot guy, and Erv and Strick should be on the field together.

This would be interesting. I don't want Strickland to not be on the field though. I feel like he has a better chance to play at XB versus RB.

It kills me when with line Lewis up in the backfield and pitch him the ball on an option. It negates his best abilities and brings in his worst. We did that on a crucial 3rd down against USF. Of all people to run that play for. Ugh

There is no slot receiver in this offense and if you want Lewis in the slot, you move him to XB.

He's run 5 times in 5 games.
