Gotta say as a guy who coached lifting I woulda been pissed he didn’t have a spotter there. Also being so young they shoulda forced a bit more technique so he didn’t push his knees in word. He needs to literally try and force the floor apart under him and that will keep his knees straight over toes. Good control down but needs a bit more pop at bottom. I think a bit too heavy weight and add explosivenesss. Just my two cents anyways.
