I could just imagine all the creative attendance games that would be played. A cottage industry of "attendance consultants" would be created to help schools boost attendance figures.

The 15k requirement already exits. Just going by the last 3 years alone the following teams should not be allowed to play FBS football:

EMU
Ball State
Idaho
FIU
Akron
NM St

It is crazy that the NCAA lets this slide.
