Really Cool Article on Marvin Harrison

hard to find witnesses who'll talk because witnesses don't want to end up dead. it's why there are so few convictions. people do get away with murder, harrison is one of them

Yeah, people do get away with murder. The only facts I know about this case are that a guy is dead, Harrison's gun was used, and Harrison wasn't charged. I don't deal in absolutes like you. Since it sounds like you were there and know everything that happened, maybe you can be the prosecution's star witness.

You need to bring this article to the police because they have obviously not seen it and it proves Marvin did it. You cracked the case Millhouse!
you are on crack.

Still, on Jan. 6, Philadelphia district attorney Lynne Abraham announced that her office won't be bringing charges against Harrison at this time. "I'm pretty comfortable I know who fired the gun," Abraham said, but later explained, "I have to prove a case. With these witnesses, I don't think so."

In the end, the seeming contradiction between Harrison's statements about his gun and ballistics tests placing the gun at the scene were not enough for Abraham to move forward. So Harrison can sit back in his beach chair on West Thompson Street and keep watch on his block.

Meanwhile, around the Philly courthouse, the case still has buzz. "What do you think about the Harrison case?" a clerk recently asked a cop in the case. The officer did not hesitate to answer.

"Looks like Marvin caught another pass."

i bet the police think he killed a guy too

Think is the important word. Like I said, Kane was tried and found guilty and it's irresponsible to compare his situation with Harrison's.

At least your article you quote has direct quotes from the DA, I'm tired of articles citing anonymous sources. They're about as useful as a poopie flavored lollipop, to quote Patches O'Houlihan.

Burden if proof is on law enforcement when it comes to the law.

Burden of proof is non-existent for those voting on the HOF. It might be enough to keep him out.

Marvin was standing his ground. Neighborhood watch, and all. He protected his fine patrons from a bad seed.
