Based on Fordham's guard heavy lineup and ability to shoot it from deep I hope we come out extending the zone from the tip and not wait for them to bury a few. The last thing we need is these guys heating up early turning this into another Cornell type of first half.

Not sure I can take another Cornell type first half this early in the year. I agree completely.

I'm sure it's in the scouting report... It's not like the coaching staff goes into these games blind.

They certainly don't, but sometimes even going against a team that realies heavily on the three we dont extend until the second half or if there starting to heat up.

Doesn't JB usually say he's ok with teams hitting some deep 3's early? Gives 'em confidence and they keep shooting beccause they think they can make them all night as opposed to actually passing and driving the zone.

But they, if they hit 20 3's, it won't be because the zone wasn't extended.
