Really wanted to get this win as a parent

Somehow I didn't expect anything less...you certainly have a way with words.

Trolling on a Syracuse board is really all you need to know about yourself as well as every Uconn fan alive.

I consoled (and was consoled by) four generations of men in my family today. We all bleed orange.

If you would read my notes, you would have seen that I probably have more Syracuse alums in my family than most people on this board..

Yet you still feel the need to bash every chance you get. I have read your posts. Save it and head back to the irrelevant board where you belong.

Don't you have better things to do than be on our board. Like scouting the Tulane and ECU message boards. You have to get over us now.

Dude I hear you. My daughter was born 20 minutes after we won it in 2003 and she really wanted us to win tonight, cause I told her if we did we were going to drive over from Alabama to the game Monday night.

Where in Alabama are you? Do you live in AL?

Screw that. i had to wait over thirty years for these fools to win it all...:) my kid can wait too. whats next? he wants a car at 16?

I grew up in the 70's & 80's waiting for Syracuse to break through. As a high school senior in '87, I really thought Syracuse would be back to win a title very soon after the Indiana tragedy, but had to wait 16 more years for it, well into my 30's...

We have more consistently good recruiting now then we had throughout the 90's, & the talent pool in college basketball is watered down. We will most assuredly get more shots at a championship than we ever have in the next decade & possibly beyond.

AND, if you have a son who bleeds ORANGE, consider yourself lucky.

My son grew up as a fan of Florida State & Georgia, because his mother married a Seminole fan & they lived practically on the FL/GA border.

Can you imagine your child mocking you when Syracuse falls short of glory?

Cherish your little Orange cherubs...

The only way I got through the 87 loss was that I had to console my 7-yr-old son, who was crying his eyes out. He was off to grad school by 2003, so I could not share that one with him.
