Early has a chance to play in the league for sure, but his upside is very minimal he is a close to finished product and at 23 years old I don't think he would be anything more than role player in the NBA and at 23 years old he better contribute as a rookie unlike the 20 year old kids who can develop and be in the league for 2 years before they are expected to be ready.
