I think JB has to set the tone on the rebounding issue. He often often immediately substitutes when a player takes a bad shot or has a horrible turover. Now he has to start punishing people for ineffective blockouts and just getting flat out beaten for rebounds. And that includes the guards as well as the frontcourt. You don't rebound, you don't play.

i think that was why Rak got pulled early....he got blown by on a dribble drive and then just stood there on an easy weakside rebound

I think that was why Southerland got yanked in the first half as well.
