We’re clearly now the better product on field than Miami, Pitt, FSU, MSU, Nebraska, Vtech, Ville and Maryland?

Not only that, but our recruitment operations outperform those teams, the acc network is about to launch, and the entirety of Upstate New York is getting ready to rally around the program?

At what point do we assert ourselves in the DMV, Jersey, Northern PA, Florida and parts of the midwest?

We will never be a selector school in Texas or Florida. But we now have an edge on pulling kids out of those factory cities.

Does Syracuse have the potential to be closer to a sleeping Northeastern giant than we thought?

“The Northeast doesn’t care about football” is bull. It’s dying for a better winner.

Thats a very strong statement and we are in better shape today than we have been in almost 20 years.

None of this stuff happens overnight. Dino staying, the dome renovations, bowl apearances and wins will help with what's stated above.

In roads have been made but we are far from planting our flag above others in a lot of those areas.

The southern half of PA typically has more (not all) of PA's talent. We need to win the recruiting battles in Pittsburgh, Philly and here in the greater Harrisburg area.

I am not trying to say we are a better program than those schools at this time. Im just saying we may leave this year with the added benefit of being able to say, as of 2019, we are the better team right now. We offer, potentially, a better chance at on field success immediately.

We’re far from being an annual top 25 team. Sustainability is still a big old question mark.

Im just looking at the added benefit of a potential 8-11 win year in recruiting, in the immediate following year.

Let's string at least two Top 25 type seasons together, and then we see some magic happen.
I agree.

I just think this potential miracle season is coming at an ideal moment. Other teams we compete with are in transition or potential crossroads. We have a lot of off field positives coming to fruition. Timing is incredibly favorable

100%. There's a regional opportunity for sure.
