The program on the field success has be absent for quite a while. The in - conference competition is fierce, considering the schools involved. IF the head coaches are all in at UNC, Duke, UVA, ND, throw in MD - SU needs to go above and beyond their effort level. Is Gary doing this? Is he investing in knowing the kids and the families? Just Odeirna & Marsh out on the trail, ain't going to cut it. Gary may be doing all these things, which would be great. But from a casual observation, I have my doubts.
