really like the show so far . . . it's a slow burn, really taking advantage of the deliberate pace that cable television can offer. one criticism: I can hear the screenwriter too often - some of the characters are not yet developed enough to have their own voice, and you are hearing the similar screenwriter(s) too often voiced through the characters. I expect that will change as the character development settles in. don't mind all that much, as the writers are highly literate and this is a highly literate show. Daniel only knows the outside world through the books he read in prison, and he speaks in conversation like a novelist would - deliberately and with attention to small details.
