Referral and info for orthopedic surgeon

Just found out my son, whose a goalkeeper, will be needing surgery for a torn labrum in his hip.

Anyone have recommendations for surgeons, in Syracuse or elsewhere?

Any recommendations for a physical therapist in Syracuse?

Surgery is not imminent, and he may try to play the season, but probably looking at May.

Tim Izant at SOS. I have had both hips replaced by him during the past four years. I know many other people who have had successful hip and knee surgeries by Dr. Izant.

Sorry to hear this and hope he's able to recover fully. Hips are tricky.
