Or what happens the rest of the 26+ mins (we have 12 points in 13+ mins, by the way), our offense is incredibly strange, and leaves a lot to be desired.

Fair might be on pace for 40 shots tonight.

Bump.

Our offense. I just do not understand it.

We have to face reality that we're not a very good offensive team right now. Ennis, Cooney and especially Fair are miserable on offense right now.

Is it the offense or is it just missing shots? There is a difference.

It's the offense, you don't miss shots for this many games in a row.

Who would have thought that it (offense) could have gotten that much worse since I posted this thread during our BC game last month?

What's concerning is that absolutely nothing was mixed up or changed with regards to our offense, exception being a slightly more aggressive Tyler. For a month+, things were stagnant, and showing no signs of improvement is incredibly disappointing. How does that happen?

The frustrating part of the season, the team appeared to regress rather than improve as the season went on. Looking at other teams like Michigan State and Kentucky, they appeared to improve. Is that coaching??

Coaching absolutely plays a role. Hard to say how much.

Didn't you guys get the news from the boards basketball aficinados? it was TIRED LEGS! hard to believe but that's the story. Coach didn't give them their daily GERITOL and nature (that's Serutan spelled backwards for the newbees) took over. Yup playing only 7 players a game many of whom were reaching the disabling age of 21 took its toll. Having to play games some of which were only less than a week apart with the opposition cruely holding the ball on every possession for as much as 30 seconds and then getting a rebound occassionally to hold for another 30 seconds hypnotized SU so when they got the ball it was east west and watch Cooney circle the court like crazy and then once he made x number of laps it was shoot the ball cause the clock was expiring. It took a toll on those legs.
