I've always thought that the ump who made the call should look at the replay on the feel and decide if he needs to reverse the call. That's because the replay doesn't include what he saw from his angle. The cameraman is just another guy in the stands. Also, the problem is not that umpires are incompetent. it's that they are made to look bad by some replays when the fans see them. Just show how the ump what the fans are seeing from the telecast. the current system sometimes creates controversies where there were none.
